Jigging on the Panamanian Coast: Insane Adventure!
The very first day took us by surprise:
Huge bites during jigging, the kind that bend the rod so much it almost dips into the water.
Among several catches, we managed to land an impressive roosterfish weighing around 20 kilos.
The Best Was Yet to Come
Without a doubt, the fourth and fifth days were absolutely epic.
A heavy rainstorm seemed to wake up all the fish in the Pacific.
The activity was so intense that every time we dropped the jig, we had a strike.
I can't say the exact number, but I'm sure that between the three anglers, we caught over 40 fish per day.
An absolute madness—the kind of fishing experience that leaves you speechless.

At the end of the fishing trip, everyone left with a smile and a craving for more.
'Both the guide and the accommodation were excellent. In 2026, I'll be back,' said the group as they said their goodbyes.
And as always, that phrase that has become a classic in our adventures floated around: 'You don't come back for the fish you catch; you come back for the ones that get away...' It couldn't be more accurate, especially after losing a couple of giant cuberas. That feeling stays with you and makes you want to try again.
